I purchased 2 of the 8" Fonthill antique bronze with brown corded lights for above my island, only 50"x27". I special ordered a larger canopy as I had to cover the old holes where I had recessed lights and Olde Brick Lighting was very helpful. The smaller canopy would have been ideal for the 8" shade, however, the lights are beautiful! I ordered the G16.5 LED bulb and it goes well with the shade.
I really, really love the Fonthill 12' light fixture. It came quickly, was packaged well, and is so gorgeous. The matte finish is subtle and its beautiful scalloped edges add a lovely and understated touch to my kitchen.
Quality and description of item was as advertised. I was hoping the shade was slightly more transparent but it is still a beautiful fixture. The bulb I purchased is a little bright and large for the fixture but easily fixed. Thought we had wired incorrectly but forgot the fixture had its own switch. Will definitely purchase from this shop again.
