Shipping Policy

 

Every fixture is custom, bench made to order. Our average ready-to-ship lead time is currently 2-4 weeks. Please note that holiday seasons or other high volume times can impact our turnaround time. We will make every effort to communicate with you and get your order to you in an efficient timeframe and we ask for your patience as we strive towards getting every detail right.

Need something a little quicker? Shop our Express Collection for fixtures with shorter production lead times, typically 5-7 days. Please note: We cannot shorten production and shipping times for orders that contain fixtures not in our Express Collection.

All orders are shipped fully insured against loss or damage. Orders being shipped to high theft areas are recommended for signature required as we are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. A small fee applies for the signature required which you can message us to include. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days so we can start the insurance claim process. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund (if materials are not in stock). We will have the order repaired or replaced for you at no cost as quickly as possible. 

For international orders, it is the customer's responsibility to know in advance if customs fees/ duties will be charged.  These are Local taxes that are unknown and to be paid by buyer. If you are unsure please reach out to your local Postal service to confirm.
