Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- 20% restock fee
- Items must be in original condition and not installed
We accept cancellations/Returns
- Please contact us at support@oldebricklighting.com if you have any problems with your order. Most orders may be canceled within 24 hours without a fee and must be canceled via email. After 24 hrs, we have materials in production, and work has started. Any orders canceled after this time period will incur a 20 percent restock fee, whether or not the order has been shipped. On some occasions, orders ship within 24 hours. Orders already shipped before a cancellation request are subject to the 20 percent restock fee. These would be our Express Collection. Custom orders may not be cancelled due to the unique nature of the work and materials. Chandeliers , custom orders and any order in raw brass are non-returnable and In the unlikely event an order is received incomplete or incorrect we will promptly correct the order. Sales cannot be applied to items already purchased.
The following items can’t be cancelled, returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged (we reserve the right to repair or exchange), we can’t accept returns for the following:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Chandeliers
- Custom length down rod pendants (ornate line)
- Items finished in Raw Brass
- Items with Plug-in options
Condition of Return
- Installed fixtures are ineligible for return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
